If the device is left in the same location and the "Start" button (Bottom Right) activated the app attempts to home in on a location averaging samples as they occure. The number of samples in the average and the duration of the averaging is shown together with average value and the spread (jitter). If the device is considered moved - the value deviates too much from the last value or the motion sensor fires- the averaging is reset. The average value is logged if it contains more than 4 samples.
