The <Prog> or <Progress> tab contains pages relating to where you are going and in what way.
Once started the app will use GPS outputs from the phone to indicate speed of travel and direction.
A number of sub tabs exist under Progress - use Next or Back buttons on the pages to scroll through them.
The device back arrow also works. If you back arrow from the first Tab you are asked if you want to close the app.
